Suede Jacket

If there’s one piece you invest in this fall, I would recommend a great suede jacket. I personally like to be cozy in the fall, but don’t get me wrong I like to keep it a little sexy too. The fall/winter months can be hard because of course you want to bundle up and be warm, but at the same time you don’t want to feel bulky with all those layers. The jacket I’m wearing allows room for you to layer underneath without that bulky feeling. It also has an edgy vibe that will keep you looking chic on the street. This jacket is a little bit of a splurge but it’s so worth it by the amount of wear you’ll get out of it. I’m constantly pairing mine with skirts, dresses, jeans..you name it. For reference, I’m wearing a size medium.

Grey Denim & Fedora

In the fall and winter months you can almost always find me wearing a hat of some sort. Whether it be a beanie, a fedora or ball cap – I’ve got one on. Last fall I wore the same black fedora almost everyday that I started getting comments that I was never not wearing it. Whoops! Sometimes you just stick to what works – no shame in my game. I’m not sure why hats are so prevalent in my daily style during this time of year but I enjoy finding different outfits to wear one with.  Are there certain items you wear nonstop in certain seasons versus others? I’d love to hear about it!

Another fall must have for me is grey denim. It’s so easy to stick to regular blue jeans because it’s the norm. Mix it up this season with grey denim, you’d be surprised how many ways you can style them – trust me! I personally like to style my grey denim with either a flowy white top like this look or do a monochromatic grey outfit. Grey on grey paired with cognac mules or booties and an olive military jacket would be a perfect fall look.
